Overall ERA has exceeded our expectations. We had found some short term cost-cutting solutions but these were really doing us few favours. ERA carefully assessed our requirements, minimised the staff time required and implemented processes that have not only enhanced our internal capabilities but are also going to provide benefits in the long term.
